Participation by H. E Sam Nga, Rector of Mean Chey


From 19 to 22 December 2016, H.E Sam Nga, Rector of Mean Chey University, and other 50 members from Banteay Meanchey Province joined the delegation, led by H.E Ung Oeurn, Head of the Provincial Council and H.E Suon Bava, Provincial Governor of Banteay Meanchey to pay a visit to Duong Thab and Vinh Long province and to sign an MOU between Banteay Meanchey Provincial Administration and the People’s Committee of Duong Thab and Vinh Long Province in order to (1) heighten the spirit of neighborhood, friendship, traditions and multi-dimensional collaboration, the respect of national laws, cultural identities and customs; (2) exchanges in technology, agriculture, trade and investment; (3) joint development—dissemination of knowledge, experience, science and advanced technology programs in agricultural culture; (4) encouragement of government civil servants and students to pursue their high school and university study in agriculture, health care, business and tourism in Duong Thab Province while the Banteay Meanchey Provincial Administration offers a favorable condition for those from Duong Thab Province to study Khmer language as if requested; and (5) the Banteay Meanchey Provincial Administration will also disseminate laws and give instruction to Vietnamese immigrants, living and staying in Bantay Meanchey so that can understand and properly abide by the laws and principles of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
